  • What is The Cocktail Cruiser?

    The Cocktail Cruiser NY is a vintage-style mobile bar serving Long Island and surrounding areas. We bring a fully customized bar experience to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, engagements, backyard parties, and more.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes! We carry full general liability and liquor liability coverage upon request.

  • Do you provide the alcohol?

    No. Due to NYS liquor laws, clients purchase and supply the alcohol. We handle everything else—mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, bartending equipment, and professional bartending service.

    Upon request, we can purchase and deliver the alcohol with our partnered location.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking 2–6 months in advance, especially for summer and fall dates, which fill quickly.

  • Is there a travel fee?

    Yes—events outside our immediate service radius may have a small travel fee based on distance/time. You’ll receive an exact quote before booking.

  • Do I need power or hookups?

    Typically yes, we need a power source only. In addition, we have generators for rent if needed.

  • How big is the Cocktail Cruiser? Will it fit in my space?

    The Cruiser fits in most driveways, backyards, and event spaces. A level area roughly 6×9 long is ideal. If you’re unsure, send us a photo of your space and we’ll confirm.

  • Can you make customized cocktails?

    Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom menus tailored to your event theme, color palette, or favorite spirits.

  • How many bartenders are included?

    Each package includes at least one certified bartender, with additional staff available for larger events upon request.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes, we require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

  • What happens if it rains?

    We operate rain or shine. Clients may provide a tent or covered area if needed. The Cruiser also has built-in coverage for service windows.

  • Do you serve kids’ parties or non-alcoholic events?

    Yes! We offer mocktail packages, hot cocoa bars, lemonade stations, and more.

  • How do I book?

    Fill out contact form, send us your event date, location, guest count, and package choice. We’ll confirm availability and send an invoice + service agreement.

  • Do you travel outside of Long Island?

    Yes—with a custom travel quote. We can travel to NYC, Upstate, NJ, CT, and parts of PA depending on availability.
